Keith and Sharon Smith have owned and managed Royal Oaks since 2004. Keith has a B.S. in Forestry & Wildlife from Virginia Tech. We have 25 years experience in Real Estate management and currently own residential rental property in the local area. We both actively manage and maintain Royal Oaks with the help of other family members.
